I invest selectively in people and ideas that align with how I think and work.
Most opportunities come through conversation, not process. There's no formal mandate, no fund structure, and no pressure to deploy capital.
Just a preference for working with good people building something meaningful.
How I Get Involved
There are typically two ways I participate.
Sweat Equity
In some cases, I work closely with founders where I can add value beyond capital.
This usually centres around brand, positioning, people, and execution. Helping bring clarity, building momentum, and supporting decisions as things scale.
This is different from my paid advisory work. Sweat equity is involvement where there is genuine alignment and shared upside. If you want operator input without giving up equity, that's what advisory is for.
Capital
From time to time, I invest capital into opportunities that resonate.
I'm not a fund, and I don't operate like one. Most investments are personal or made alongside my network.
I focus on early-stage opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully, either directly or by helping bring the right people around the table.
