I'm a founding partner and Non-Executive Director of a multi-brand education group operating across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. The group now includes more than 10 education brands and an onshore team of over 115 people supporting thousands of students each year.
I didn't do this alone and everything I know comes from building real companies, solving real problems and working with real people.
From the group's early days I held two of its executive seats: HR Director and CMO. In 2026 I stepped back from the day-to-day. I remain a founding partner, Non-Executive Director and shareholder, and the executive work now sits with the team we built.
My focus now sits on creative direction, brand and marketing strategy, and the people decisions behind them — shaping how the ventures I've helped build present themselves and go to market, and helping other founders do the same. My background is in growing teams, creating momentum and making clear decisions.
