The Founder Stack: Tools I Use to 10X Growth Across Multiple Companies

Running AURÊLO, Learning Online Group, and Call Comply from a single workspace. Here's the exact stack that makes it possible.

Building three companies simultaneously isn't about working harder. It's about compressing the gap between idea and execution. Every tool in this stack earns its place by either eliminating a category of friction or multiplying output in ways that would otherwise require hiring.

Development & Deployment

Google Antigravity is my primary IDE. It's agent-first, meaning I dispatch autonomous tasks rather than writing code line by line. One agent refactors a Shopify theme while another scaffolds a Next.js page — from a single control surface. For someone running multiple codebases across Shopify, Next.js, and static sites, the parallel agent architecture is the unlock.

Vercel handles deployment for all web properties outside Shopify. Push to main, it's live in under a minute. No configuration, no ops overhead.

GitHub is the single source of truth across every project. Each company has its own repo, each repo connects to its own deployment target. The discipline of treating Git as infrastructure — not just version control — is what makes multi-company development manageable.

AI & Writing

Claude (Anthropic) is where strategy, copy, and code prompts all happen. The distinction I'd draw is this: Claude is for thinking and output generation, Antigravity is for execution. A prompt in Claude becomes a brief; that brief becomes an agent instruction in Antigravity.

Wispr Flow handles voice dictation across every app. The compounding value of dictation isn't speed — it's that it removes the context-switch cost of going from thinking to typing. I speak the way I think, which means first drafts are closer to final.

Commerce & Marketing

Shopify for AURÊLO. The Prestige theme, heavily customised. The honest take: Shopify's GitHub sync is unreliable for new files, which means some changes still require manual paste into the code editor. That friction aside, the ecosystem — Klaviyo, Judge.me, Afterpay, Sirv — is unmatched for premium DTC.

Meta Ads remains the primary acquisition channel for AURÊLO despite a challenging ROAS environment. The lesson from the data: creative quality is the bottleneck, not the channel. Carousel outperforms static. A single hero asset — the right image, the right hook — moves the needle more than campaign restructuring.

Klaviyo for email. Abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, popup capture. The attach rate on cardholders at 43.8% with zero paid spend is a Klaviyo story as much as a product story.

Operations

Notion for documentation and SOPs across all three companies. The discipline is one source of truth per company, not one giant workspace.

Google Search Console for SEO tracking across every web property. 111 indexed URLs for AURÊLO alone, each managed individually. The manual re-indexing queue is tedious but the signal quality is worth it.

The Actual Unlock

The stack matters less than the architecture underneath it. Every tool connects to every other tool via Git, API, or webhook. Nothing is siloed. A change in the codebase is a change in production. A prompt in Claude is a brief for an agent. A post in this blog is a file in a repo.

The compounding effect isn't from any single tool. It's from the absence of friction between them.

Follow-up: I put this stack through a one-day stress test. Here's what a Sunday can ship, and what it used to cost.
